Homemade Pasta Session: Teachers will explore a variety of strategies and specialized food preparation techniques (homemade pasta), to take student understanding to higher levels. This session is beneficial for both Middle and High School teachers who can collaborate on the important knowledge and skills desired of foods-related occupations and addressed on the industry recognized credentialing exam.
